Water - soluble reagent for selective reduction of disulphide. It's more stable than DTT in mass spectrometry applications. Selective reduction of disulphide in water. After alkalineisation, the water-soluble ligand can realise the simple removal of the ruthenium-bassed complex decompostion catalyst by the coarse product of the water washing reaction.
